Rose Marie McCanna
Rose Marie "Cruiser" McCanna, 84, of Bradys Bend Township, Armstrong County, died Friday at Butler Memorial Hospital.
Born Dec. 4, 1925, in Kaylor, she was the daughter of Andrew F. and Bertha (Murray) Lehner.
She enjoyed playing bingo and watching all sporting events, especially Notre Dame football.
She was a secretary for Koppers in Petrolia; the Deshon Hospital, now VA Butler Healthcare, in Butler Township; Dewey Enterprises in Bradys Bend; and the Armstrong County School District.
She was a member of St. Eusebius Roman Catholic Church in East Brady.
She is survived by two sons, Richard (Andy) McCanna and his wife, Lisa, of Kittanning, and Stephen McCanna and his wife, Angela, of Rimersburg; two daughters, Jacqueline McCanna of Butler and Geraldine Sutton and her husband, Dennis, of Petrolia; a sister, Lillian Curran, of Kaylor; three grandchildren, Stephanie Barkey, Patrick McCanna and Alexandra Sutton; and two great-grandchildren, Isabella Barkey and Sophia Barkey.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard A. "Dick" McCanna, whom she married Aug. 16, 1952, and who died Dec. 15, 1993; three sisters; and a brother.

Buechele Funeral Home</B>, 105 Fourth St., East Brady.A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Eusebius Church, East Brady. The Rev. William Kuba, pastor of St. Eusebius Church, will officiate.Burial will be at St. Mary Cemetery, Bradys Bend Township, Armstrong County.
