Shirley L. Verner
Shirley L. Verner, 64, of East Brady died Tuesday at her home.
Born June 18, 1945, in Butler, she was the daughter of Edsel E. and Alma (Frederick) Kelly.
She had been active in the Rainbow Girls in the Chicora area.
She enjoyed hummingbirds, angels and cooking.
Mrs. Verner worked as a care nurse at Clarview Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Sligo.
She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, East Brady.
Surviving are her husband, Harry L. "Bill" Verner of East Brady, whom she married Oct. 15, 1995; two daughters, Denise Schandelmeier and her husband, Keith, of West Sunbury and Sharon Fausnaught and her husband, Joseph, of Rimersburg; a son, Jason R. Lewis and his wife, Amy B. Turner, of O'Hara Township, Allegheny County; and a sister, Rebecca Kelly of Butler. Also surviving are three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother and two sisters.
