Maridon Museum, 322 N. McKean St., presents the annual Chinese New Year celebration on Feb. 20. The Maridon houses a netsuke exhibit as well as hundreds of pieces of ancient and contemporary Asian art and Meissen porcelain. Regular hours are 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays and noon to 5 p.m. Sundays; closed Mondays and holidays. Admission is $4 for adults, $3 for senior citizens and students, and free for children younger than 8; children must be accompanied by an adult. PITTSBURGH<B>Carnegie Museum of Art</B>, 4400 Forbes Ave., hosts "H_edge" installation designer Cecil Balmond at the museum for a lecture from 3:30 to 5 p.m. Saturday. A reception will follow the talk and the exhibit will be open until 7 p.m. that day. Continuing is "Gods, Love, and War: Tapestries and Prints from the Collection" through June 13. "The Artistic Furniture of Charles Rohlfs" will be shown through April 25. Regular hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays, with additional hours until 8 p.m. Thursdays, and noon to 5 p.m. Sundays. Closed major holidays.
