Edwin L. Ohl
Edwin L. Ohl, 84, of 4461 Route 908, Natrona Heights, Fawn Township, died at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Lifecare, Wilkinsburg, after being ill for three months.
He was the husband of Eva Jean (Burtner) Ohl, to whom he was married for 53 years.
Born in Fawn Township, Aug. 19, 1925, he was the son of the late Leroy Ohl and Ollie Oris and was a lifelong resident of Fawn Township.
He was an Army veteran and served in Japan during World War II.
Mr. Ohl was a pipe fitter with PPG Industries, Creighton, for 32 years and retired in 1983.
He was a member of the Grace United Methodist Church of Harrison Township, a life member of Fawn No. 1 Fire Hall and a life member of the Natrona Heights VFW.
He enjoyed gardening and working outside.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Phillip Ohl (Cindy) of Sarver and Terry Ohl of Sarver; a daughter, Karen Wirth (Steven) of Bradfordwoods; three grandchildren, Alena Eva Tesone, Abigail Ohl and Slade Ohl; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Grace Dickson and Dorothy Colwell; three brothers, Lloyd, Donald and Harper Ohl; and a son-in-law, Joseph Tesone.

Ohl, who died Wednesday, Feb. 17, 2010, will received friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today and from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday in the <B>KRYNICKI FUNERAL HOME</B>, 1007 Freeport Road, Natrona Heights.
