Edward F. McKee

Edward F. McKee, 79, of Adams Township died Monday, Feb. 22, 2010.

He was the beloved husband of Myrtle (Bender); loving father of Mark (Moya), Diane Leddon (James), David (Kate), Scott (Sharon), and Duane (Mindy); brother of Mary Ellen Smith and Carl McKee; and proud grandfather of 13.

Edward proudly served his country in the U.S. Air Force and Air Force Reserves.

Edward was co-owner of the Cherry Lane Dairy, a salesman for International Harvester and J.S. Woodhouse, and he spent his retirement as a deliveryman for Flowers by Janice.

He also was a member of the Cranberry Lions for 25 years, where he was the first King Lion.

Friends were received Feb. 24 at the Devlin Funeral Home of Cranberry, 2678 Rochester Road, Cranberry Township. A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated Thursday in St. Ferdinand Roman Catholic Church.
