PITTSBURGH — The REP, Point Park University's professional theatre company, is accepting Equity Principal auditions by appointment for the upcoming production of "The Umbrella Man."

Appointments will be accepted for 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. April 15 at Point Park's Pittsburgh Playhouse, 222 Craft Ave.

Rehearsals begin Aug. 10. The show runs from Sept. 9 to 26 at the Pittsburgh Playhouse.

The Ford City Public Library will hold auditions for its new theater group, The Library Players.

The first production will be "High School Musical Jr." Auditions for teens in seventh through 12th grades will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. April 15 and 16 and from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. April 17 at the library, 1136 Fourth Ave.

Those auditioning should be prepared to read from a script, sing a song, dance and dribble a basketball.
