SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Mark P. Colonello, 50, of Valencia waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, DUI, accidents involving injury, hit-and-run, failure to immediately notify police of an accident, careless driving and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Jan. 13 by Middlesex Township police.

Pamela D. Crawford, 38, of Cabot waived to court charges of DUI, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving, filed March 3 by state police.

Kristen M. Cumberland, 41, of Valencia waived to court charges of hindering apprehension or prosecution, permitting violation of title and failure to immediately notify police of an accident, filed Jan. 13 by Middlesex Township police.

Joshua L. Gereshenski, 24, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of DUI, driving without insurance, driving with a suspended license, careless driving and criminal mischief, filed March 10 by Buffalo Township police.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Dwayne R. Emerick, 25, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed March 9.Justin K. Hiles, 23, of Chicora pleaded guilty to a charge of false identification to law enforcement authorities, filed March 19. Hiles was ordered to pay $458.50 in fines and court costs.Kenneth P. Keller, 40, of Fenelton waived to court a charge of theft, filed April 22.

BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:Jason L. Crawford, 32, of Kittanning waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed April 13 by Butler Township police.Margaret A. Jones, 47, of Butler waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed April 15 by Butler Township police.Michael J. Lewis, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, speeding and an open container violation, filed April 22 by Butler Township police.Sharon J. Metts, 54, of Lyndora was held for court on charges of theft by deception and bad checks, filed April 12 by Butler Township police.Anne M. Mook, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, speeding, careless driving and a lane violation, filed March 10 by state police.Vanessa Snyder, 39, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of DUI and a lane violation, filed March 15 by state police.Melissa M. Stehlik, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and a stop sign violation, filed April 20 by Butler Township police.Leslie A. Wheeler, 40, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of DUI and reckless driving, filed April 5 by Butler Township police.Shane W. Young, 36, of Butler waived to court charges of burglary, theft and receiving stolen property, filed April 7 by Butler Township police.
