Charlene R. Phillips, 67, of Butler died at 11:51 a.m. Friday in the Good Samaritan Hospice Unit at Concordia.

Born Oct. 12, 1942, in Butler, she was the daughter of the late Frank C. LeFevre and Garnet Haben LeFevre.

Mrs. Phillips was a homemaker.

She was a member of the St. Paul Roman Catholic Church, and her greatest joy was being a grandma.

Mrs. Phillips is survived by one son, Rodney Phillips; two daughters, Lori Elias and Audra Brown; eight grandchildren; and one brother, Paul (Skip) LeFevre.

Mrs. Phillips was preceded in death by one sister, Jayne Vodenichar, and by one brother, John LeFevre.

<B>PHILLIPS</B> — According to family wishes, there will be no public visitation. A memorial Mass of Christian burial for Charlene R. Phillips, who died Friday, April 30, 2010, will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at the St. Paul Roman Catholic Church. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery.Memorial contributions may be made to the Good Samaritan Hospice Unit at Concordia, 134 Marwood Road, Cabot, PA 16023.Arrangements are under the direction of the <B>Thompson-Miller Funeral Home</B>, and information and private guest book are available at www.thompson-miller.com.
