Floyd R. Holton, 47, of Butler passed away Sunday at his home.

He was born in Butler on April 5, 1963. He was the son of the late John P. and Marian E. Treich Holton.

Floyd was a laborer in construction.

Surviving are three brothers, James Osborne and his girlfriend, Sharon, of Slippery Rock, Patrick Osborne of Alaska, and Robert Holton and his wife, Diane, of Boardman, Ohio; one sister, Mrs. Vae Lee Osborne and her husband, William, of Prospect; and a number of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Ernest "Rusty" Holton, who passed away in December 1964.
