Mary Jane Bujak, 80, of Shalersville, Ohio, passed away May 20 at her residence.

She was born Dec. 15, 1929, in Butler, to the late William and Mary (Heinz) Ross.

Mrs. Bujak has lived in Shalersville since 1949 and was a member of the St. Joseph Church in Mantua. She was active in the Mantua Garden Club and the Shalersville Historical Society.

Survivors include her children, Dennis (Debbie) Bujak and Jeff (Judy) Bujak, both of Shalersville and Becky (Thom) Stalcup of Longmont, Colo.; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a sister, Nellie Brooks of Butler.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Bujak, in June 2005; and by a granddaughter, one brother and one sister.

<B>BUJAK </B>— A Mass of Christian burial for Mary Jane Bujak, who died Thursday, May 20, 2010, was celebrated Monday at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Mantua with Father Michael Garvey officiating. Burial followed in Riverside Cemetery Shalersville.The family requests memorials be made to the Mantua/Shalersville Fire Department, the Mantua Garden Club or the Shalersville Historical Society.
