Rev. Cletus V. Baker
The Rev. Cletus V. Baker, 88, of Zelienople went home to be with his Lord and Savior on the morning of May 22 at the Passavant Retirement Community, Zelienople.
His ministry included seven Presbyterian pastorates over 37 years in Pennsylvania, Missouri and Ohio, as well as serving as a visiting pastor during his retirement.
Born Feb. 10, 1922, in Cutler, Ill., he was the son of the late George and Mary Baker.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 55 years, Martha A. (Hawks) Baker; two sisters, Alice Baker and Camelia Steel; and two brothers, George and Robert Baker.
He is survived by his son, Dayne Mark Baker and his wife, Kathleen, of Cranberry Township; two grandchildren, Andrew and Bethany Baker; two great-grandsons, Drake and Leland; two stepgranddaughters, Jennifer Petrantoni and Jessica Baier; a brother and sister-in-law, Henry and Evelyn Baker; a sister, Mary Stehle; two sisters-in-law, Bernice Eakin and Clare Kamm; and many nieces and nephews.

Baker, who died Saturday, May 22, 2010, will be received from 1 to 2 p.m. June 6, at White Oak Springs Presbyterian Church, 102 Shannon Road, Renfrew, where a memorial service will follow at 2 p.m. with the Rev.
