Ronald George Jubach
Ronald George Jubach, 75, formerly of Ellwood City, died May 17 in San Diego, Calif.
He was born in Ellwood City, Aug. 4, 1934, to the late George Jubach and Anna Bruner Jubach.
He graduated from Lincoln High School in Ellwood City, Class of 1952.
He was a member of the St. Agatha Church, Ellwood City.
He was employed at the B&W Steel Co. in Koppel, Beaver County, as a machinist before entering the U.S. Navy as a machinist mate and serving aboard the USS Shenandoah.
Upon discharge from the Navy, he worked at the NASCO Shipbuilding Co. in San Diego, Calif., as a master machinist for 39 years until his retirement in 2000 and was honored by the president of the company for outstanding service.
Ronald had been a member of the San Diego Chapter of the International Barbershop Harmony Society Chorus.
He is survived by his daughter, Mary Louise Jubach of San Diego; a sister, Ruth Jubach of Ellwood City; and several nephews, nieces, cousins, their spouses and families.
He was preceded in death, in addition to his parents, by his wife, Mary Mack Jubach; a son, Ronnie Charles Jubach; a brother, Robert Leo Jubach; and a sister, Rita Jubach Stetson.
<B>JUBACH </B>— A Mass of Christian burial for Ronald George Jubach, who died Monday, May 17, 2010, was at the St. Rita Roman Catholic Church, San Diego.
