Steiger, 24, of Butler was arrested under suspicion of DUI after she allegedly drove on New Castle Street at night with no lights on.11:30 p.m. Wednesday — A hit-and-run vehicle damaged a car owned by Brittany Manson of Butler while it was parked at Wal-Mart in Butler Commons between 9:45 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. Wednesday. Anyone with information should call police at 724-285-9600.12:34 a.m. Wednesday — Kristen Deal, 22, of Butler was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop on Whitestown Road.11:30 a.m. Tuesday — Jason P. Stephenson, 29, of Butler was charged with three counts possession of a controlled substance and one count possession of drug paraphernalia following an investigation at Whitestown Village.

7:55 p.m. Wednesday — A car driven by Emily R. Clark, 27, of Ellicott City, Md., struck a deer on Interstate 79 in Muddy Creek Township. Clark was not injured.12:01 p.m. Wednesday — Someone stole a 210-gallon white plastic water tank belonging to James R. Myers of Saxonburg from the driveway of a residence along Saxonburg Road in Clinton Township between 3 p.m. July 7 and 12:01 p.m. Wednesday. Anyone with information should call police at 724-284-8100.4 p.m. Tuesday — Someone stole a boy's 16-inch Diamondback bicycle belonging to Jean Gallagher of Prospect from the yard of a residence on South Franklin Street between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Tuesday. 11:59 a.m. Monday — Someone entered the residence at 220½ Jackson Street and took $550 in cash belonging to Dustin Hilliard, 26, of Grove City between 3 p.m. July 11 and 11:59 a.m. Monday.
