District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Joshua Robert Steele, 30, of Bellevue, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged April 30 by Jackson Township police with burglary, criminal trespass and theft by unlawful taking.

Shon Casey Schettler, 19, of Evans City had his case held for court. He was charged June 30 by Evans City police with propelling a missile into an occupied vehicle, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, disorderly conduct and harassment.

William Allen Hohman, 47, of Valencia had his case held for court. He was charged June 3 by Adams Township police with driving with a suspended license and operating a vehicle without insurance.

Timothy A. Bridges, 53, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged May 29 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Jason Eric Rape, 34, of Cranberry Township had his case held for court. He was charged March 26 by Zelienople police with driving under the influence of alcohol.

John Brown, 51, of Valencia waived his case to court. He was charged June 28 by Adams Township police with discharging a firearm in an occupied structure, simple assault, unlawful restraint, recklessly endangering another person and harassment.

Karla M. Horanic, 50, of Valencia waived her case to court. She was charged June 2 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Nicholas Daniel Schultz, 23, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged June 2 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving an unregistered vehicle.

Trent Collin Marek, 42, of Gibsonia waived his case to court. He was charged May 28 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Douglas Lauren Douglass, 50, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged May 20 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Krispen Jacob Kriner, 29, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged June 17 by Jackson Township police with burglary, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, criminal mischief and criminal trespass.

Jason Robert Nohe, 23, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged May 27 by Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and reckless driving.

Robert T. Sheehan, 32, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 2 by county detectives with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.

Douglas Muclucik Barabas, 46, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged May 26 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Lisa Ann Hamder, 30, of Cranberry Township had her case held for court. She was charged June 2 by county detectives with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance.

James Andrew Delany, 25, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged June 8 by Jackson Township police with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a small amount of marijuana.

Sean R. Franz, 31, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged June 19 by Zelienople police with simple assault.

Leonard Robert Friedman, 29, of Avalon waived his case to court. He was charged April 30 by Jackson Township police with burglary, criminal trespass and theft by unlawful taking.

Benjamin Wade Sieminski, 23, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged May 24 by Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, causing an accident involving damage and careless driving.

Ronald G. Stefanowicz, 44, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged June 10 by Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.

Randall Oliver Carr, 39, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged May 30 by the state police with aggravated assault, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, defiant trespass, harassment and disorderly conduct.
