Butler teen advances to national scholarship competition
Butler has the top Distinguished Young Woman in the state.
Sarah Bishop, a Butler High School student, was named Pennsylvania's Distinguished Young Woman Saturday at a scholarship competition in Johnstown.
She will advance in June to the national competition in Mobile, Ala., by Distinguished Young Women, formerly known as America's Junior Miss.
Bishop is the daughter of Scott and Lori Bishop of Butler.
