Walker, Claypoole
Nicole Walker and Travis Claypoole, both of Butler, were united in marriage June 26 at St. John's United Methodist Church in Slippery Rock. The Rev. David Ealy officiated. A reception followed at the Slippery Rock Community Building.
The bride is the daughter of Richard and Betty Walker of Slippery Rock. Parents of the bridegroom are Dennis and Brenda Claypoole of Slippery Rock.
The honor attendant was Melissa Geist of Slippery Rock. Bridesmaids were Allysa Rasely, Tylyn Early and Victoria Wheeler, all of Slippery Rock. The flower girl was Riley Geist of Slippery Rock.
Performing the duties of best man was Cody Walker of Slippery Rock. Ushers were Nicholas Claypoole of Slippery Rock., Dennis Claypoole Jr. of Slippery Rock and William Scott of Harrisville. The ring bearer was Brenden Gregory of Butler.
The bride is a 2007 graduate of Slippery Rock High School.
The bridegroom graduated in 2007 from Moniteau High School.
Following a honeymoon trip to Lake Erie, the couple is making their home in Butler.
