On July 30, Edward Schwier of Callery passed away.

Born May 31, 1933, he served in the U.S. Army. He then went into the Air Force and retired with full military honors.

He was raised with love by Frank and Margaret Ringeisen of Callery.

He is survived by his brothers, Lawrence Schwier and Jack Ringheisen; nephews, David Alters and Mark Alters; niece, Margaret (Alters) Caldwell; and five grandnieces and grandnephews.

He was preceded in death by his brothers, Ken Scwier, Carl Schwier and Irvin Alters; and sisters Betty Alters and Wilda Schwier.
