Rose M. (Polena) Bailey, 69, of Valencia, Middlesex Township, died Tuesday.

Born in Middlesex Township on Feb. 5, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Ambrose Polena and Severina (Rubrecht) Terek. She also was preceded in death by her stepfather, Michael Terek.

For more than 25 years, Rose was the housekeeper for the First Presbyterian Church of Bakerstown.

She was the beloved wife for 46 years of C. Dale Bailey, who she married June 20, 1964; loving mother of Mary Ann Fabian and her husband, Steven; and dear sister of Ambrose (Arlene) Polena, Paul (Christina) Terek, Martin (Cindy) Terek and Dolly Terek. In addition, she is survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday in Holy Sepulcher Church with Father Albert J. Semler, Father Charles S. Bober and the Rev. Dr. Richard A. Morledge, concelebrating.
