Edward G. Feil, 83, of Butler passed away Tuesday at the VNA Inpatient Hospice.

He was born April 12, 1927, in Butler County, the son of the late Edward F. and Agnes (Conley) Feil.

Edward enjoyed fishing.

He retired from the Glenshaw Glass Co. and then worked for Wal-Mart for more than 10 years.

Surviving are his wife, Theda (Barheight) Feil of Butler; a son, Edward G. Feil Jr. and his wife, Suzanne, of Butler; a daughter, Helen Simners of Natrona Heights; five grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and a sister, Mary Kindler of Monroeville.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister.
