Hempfling, Bohin

Erik and Amber Bohin

Amber Hempfling and Erik Bohin, both of Tallahassee, Fla., were united in marriage Oct. 9 at West Sunbury United Presbyterian Church. The Rev. William King and the Rev. Robert Oravetz officiated. A reception followed at the Days Inn, Butler.

The bride is the daughter of Rick and Bonnie Hempfling of Petrolia. Parents of the bridegroom are Jim and Julie Bohin of Butler.

The matron of honor was Ashley Gapinksi of Butler. Bridesmaids included April Vogel of West Sunbury, Kirsten Jordan of Butler, Brittney Larimore of Karns City, Rachel Arblaster of Hilliards, Jessica Flick of Lynchburg, Va., Carolyn Vivelo of New Castle and Renae Callihan of Butler. The flower girl was Brielle Jordan of Butler.

Performing the duties of best man was Ryan Bobby of Arlington, Va. Ushers included Knox Anderson of Tallahassee, Fla., Tyler Hempfling of Butler, Mark Stelle of Labelle, Fla., David Best of Davenport, Iowa, Jon Galante of Butler, Wesley Litzenberg of Karns City and Jon Mazar of Butler. The ring bearers were Jayden and Joey Dano of Atlanta and Tommy Kraustok of Butler.

The bride is a 2002 graduate of Moniteau High School and a 2006 graduate of Clarion University. She is employed at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital in Tallahassee, Fla.

The bridegroom graduated in 2004 from Butler High School and in 2008 from Waynesburg University. He is employed as a state trooper with the Florida Highway Patrol.

Following a honeymoon trip to Cancun,. Mexico, the couple is making their home in Tallahassee.
