IN BRIEF
PITTSBURGH — Pitt wide receiver Jon Baldwin says he hasn't made up his mind whether to forego his senior season and enter the NFL draft.
After Pitt coach Dave Wannstedt was forced to resign Tuesday, Baldwin told NFLDraftScout.com that he was definitely leaving and would declare for the draft. He also said he was unhappy with the pass routes he was asked to run this season.
Baldwin issued a statement Wednesday saying he made the comments during an emotional time and now regrets them. He also said he hasn't made a final decision about the draft.
The 6-foot-5, 230-pound Baldwin has 52 catches and five touchdowns this season. Last season, Baldwin — playing with a much more experienced quarterback — made 57 catches, eight for touchdowns.
