Patrick Lee Rutherford Jr.
Patrick Lee Rutherford Jr., 41, of Forrest Street, Petrolia, passed away at 11 a.m. Monday at his home of natural causes.
He was born in La Junta, Colo., Nov. 13, 1968, and was a son of Patrick Lee Rutherford Sr. of Rocky Ford, Colo., and Judith Ann Claypoole Ingram of Chicora.
He was of the Protestant faith and had graduated from Liberty High School in Colorado Springs, Colo., with the class of 1988.
Prior to being severely disabled in a traffic accident on July 10, 2009, in Butler County, he was employed at Traco Industries in Cranberry Township as a production worker.
Surviving are three daughters, Sarah E. Rutherford of Colorado Springs, Colo., Dakota Lee Rutherford of Petrolia and Scylla G. Rutherford of Petrolia; a son, Jeremy Jason Rutherford of Petrolia; his mother, Judith Ann Claypoole Ingram and his stepfather, Dennis Ingram of Chicora; his father, Patrick Lee Rutherford Sr. of Rocky Ford, Colo.; his paternal grandmother, Frankie Mae Rutherford of La Junta, Colo.; his great-grandmother, Winnona Ingram of Chicora; two brothers, Ronald W. Rutherford of Colorado Springs, Colo., and Clinton Leo Ingram of Colorado Springs, Colo.; two sisters, Cheryl Ann Istaqa of North Washington and Cassandra Rae Offet of Colorado Springs, Colo.
Preceding him in death was a son, Patrick Michael Rutherford, who died July 4, 2005; his maternal grandparents; and his paternal grandfather.
