Dylan Spratt, son of Marc Spratt of Cranberry Township and Danette St. Clair of Virginia Beach, Va., recently completed basic training at Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, Ill.Spratt is a 2010 graduate of Landstown High School, Virginia Beach.
