Helen I. Zeigler Clouse, 87, of Harmony died Monday at the Passavant Retirement Community, Zelienople.

Born Dec. 29, 1922, in Harmony, she was a daughter of the late Edward G. and Ella Mae (Wise) Knauf.

Helen loved spending time with her family and especially caring for her grandchildren. She enjoyed baking; and in her younger years, she enjoyed taking her family fishing at the Zelienople Sportsmen's Club.

She is survived by two sons, Ed H. Zeigler Sr. and his wife, Janet, of Evans City and Dave Zeigler and his wife, Shirley, of Evans City; and a daughter, Bonita Jo Delu of Evans City. In addition, she is survived by seven loving grandchildren and nine loving great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by both of her husbands, Howard Zeigler and Walter Clouse and two brothers.

<B>CLOUSE</B> — Friends of Helen I. Zeigler Clouse, who died Monday, Dec. 20, 2010, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the <B>Boylan Funeral Home</B>, 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the St. Peter’s Reformed Church, 314-320 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople, with the Rev. James R. Bertoti officiating. Interment will follow in the Evans City Cemetery.In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her honor to St. Peter’s Reformed Church Building Fund, 314-320 E.
