Ankrom, Patrick
Sharon Ankrom and Russell Patrick, both of Morgantown, W.Va., were united in marriage Aug. 28 at the Forks of Cheat Winery in Morgantown. The Rev. Jason Noullet, brother of the bride, officiated. A reception followed at the Forks of Cheat Winery.
The bride is the daughter of Alan (Tim) Ankrom of Sarver and Rhonda Ankrom of Prospect. Parents of the bridegroom are Russell and Sherri Patrick of Helen, W.Va.
The honor attendant was Laura Ankrom of Prospect. Bridesmaids included Meghann Kent of Martinsburg, W.Va., Adrienne McKinney of Harrisville and Kimberly Hartmann of Butler.
Performing the duties of best man was Kenneth Lester of Helen, W.Va. Ushers included Jonathan Inskeep of Culpeper Va., Nick Shelton of Morgantown, W.Va., and Daniel Williams of Culpeper, Va.
The bride is a 2001 graduate of Butler High School and a 2006 graduate of West Virginia University, where she received a bachelor's in animal science. She received a master's in 2009 from West Virginia University. She is employed by the West Virginia University Hospital Heart Institute in Morgantown, W.Va.
The bridegroom graduated in 2001 from Independence High School and in 2006 from West Virginia University, where he received a bachelor's in animal science. He is employed by Consol Energy.
Following a honeymoon trip to Cocoa Beach, Fla., the couple is making their home in Morgantown, W.Va.
