Allegheny RiverStone Center for the Arts hosts a maple syrup festival on March 12 at RiverStone Farm on Foxview Road off Route 58, Foxburg. The schedule runs from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The day starts with a pancake breakfast with flapjacks on the griddle available until 1 p.m. Weather permitting, tractor-wagon rides to gather syrup buckets and tour the sugar house will be ongoing from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Admission of $10 for adults and $6 for children ages 6 to 11 includes the pancake breakfast and will be collected at the gate.
