Carolyn Sue Lewis, 64, of Butler passed away Saturday at the Northern West Chester Hospital in New York.

She was born Dec. 29, 1946, in Butler, the daughter of the late Glenn M. Crouch Sr. and Elizabeth (McKain) Crouch.

Carolyn was a member of the North Main Street Church of God.

She graduated from Butler High School in 1965 and retired from Butler Memorial Hospital as a unit secretary after many years.

Carolyn's biggest joy in life was spending time with her family, especially her daughter and grandsons.

Surviving are her beloved husband, James Lewis, who she married Sept. 22, 1972; a daughter, Mrs. Juno (Beth Ann) Yoon of Brewster, N.Y.; two grandsons, Benjamin and Ryder Yoon of Brewster, N.Y.; two sisters, Mrs. Fran (Rebecca) Bodema of Butler and Mrs. Daniel (Barbara) Leitem of Butler; and several nieces and nephews.

She also was preceded in death by a brother, Glenn Crouch Jr., and an infant sister.
