Suspected drug dealers charged
Several suspected drug dealers face felony and other charges stemming from unrelated investigations in Butler, most dating back to last year.
Charged with drug trafficking are Braden J. Bier, 24, of Connoquenessing Township; Alexander Cash Jr., 30, of Butler; Samantha Derose-Wolfe, 21, of Center Township; and Kenneth D. Felton, 49, Rachelle Robinson, 37, and Jason P. Stephenson, 29, all of Butler.
State police said Bier on April 28 sold a police informant three pills of the potent prescription painkiller Opana, or oxymorphone, for $95 in the 200 block of Roosevelt Boulevard.
A preliminary hearing for Bier is set for April.
Cash is accused of selling crack cocaine for $50 to a police informant Feb. 14 and March 3 in the area of Virginia and Beckert avenues, according to the Butler County Drug Task Force.
Cash’s hearing is set for Monday.
Derose-Wolfe allegedly sold marijuana for $30 to an undercover state police officer on May 7. Her hearing is April 4.
State police said Felton on Aug. 23 sold crack for $100 to a police informant in front of his home on North Seventh Avenue.
A hearing for Felton is set for April 11.
Robinson, is accused of selling crack for $100 to a police informant Aug. 16 and 18 in the 800 block of West New Castle Street, state police said.
Robinson’s hearing is April 11.
The county’s drug task force said Stephenson on Nov. 15 sold a police informant two stamp bags of heroin and crack cocaine for $90 in the 600 block of North Main Street. His hearing was not immediately scheduled.
Cash is in the Butler County Prison on $250,000. Derose-Wolfe is free on her own recognizance. Arraignments are pending for the other defendants.
