Downs, Snyder
Joanna (Bowman) Downs and Ronald Snyder, both of Fairmount City, Pa., were united in marriage Feb. 18 at Gumtown Park in New Bethlehem. A reception will follow May 21 at Alcola Park.
The bride is the daughter of Barbara and Raymond Spencer of Mayport, Pa. Parents of the bridegroom are Betty and Robert Snyder of Cranberry Township.
The bride is a 1992 graduate of Redbank valley High School and a 1996 graduate of Indiana (Pa.) University, where she studied child development and family relations.
The bridegroom graduated in 2000 from Seneca Valley High School and in 2002 with an associate’s in chemistry from Butler County Community College. He graduated in 2006 with a bachelor’s in selected studies from Edinboro University and in 2009 with an associate’s in applied science in Web design from Butler County Community College.
