Marie S. Andrews

Marie S. Andrews, 80, of Zelienople passed away Monday morning in UPMC Passavant hospital, McCandless Township.

Born Nov. 12, 1930, in Youngstown, Ohio, she was the daughter of late James P. and Adele Sylester Scanlon.

She had attended the St. Ferdinand Catholic Church in Cranberry Township.

She had worked at Hartner's Restaurant in Cranberry Township.

Mrs. Andrews enjoyed playing bridge and golf and was very proud of her hole-in-one.

She was preceded in death by a brother and four sisters.

Surviving are her husband, Richard Andrews, who she married Aug. 11, 1984; a son, James Ferranti of Oklahoma; four daughters and their husbands, Jill and William Heil of Cranberry Township, Jody Ferranti and Kurt Goldstrom of Baden, Jennifer Ferranti and Greg Pearcy of Texas and Janis and Tom Michael of Youngsville; two sisters, Elaine Kelly of Ohio and Judy and Leonard Penzo of Georgia; two brothers, Thomas and Mary Scanlon of Ohio and James and Alice Scanlon of Ohio; a stepdaughter, Leslie and Fred Bartok of Florida; five grandchildren; two great-grandsons; two step-grandchildren; and two step-great-grandsons.

<B>ANDREWS</B> — Relatives and friends of Marie S. Andrews, who died on Monday, Feb. 14, 2011, are invited to celebrate a memorial Mass at 10 a.m. Friday at the St. Ferdinand Catholic Church in Cranberry Township.Arrangements are under the direction of the <B>A.
