William Frederic Somers, 69, of Franklin, Tenn., died Tuesday.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy Henry Somers and Bertha Lillian Herold Somers.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.

Mr. Somers is survived by his wife, Carol Somers; one son, Todd (Tina) Somers of Brentwood, Tenn.; two daughters, Michele (Robert) Richie and Sherrin (Ames) Krebs both of Franklin, Tenn.; two sisters, Ruth Minteer of Florida and Mary Ann Crawshaw of South Carolina; and nine grandchildren.

<B>SOMERS</B> — Services for William Frederic Somers, who died Tuesday, Feb. 15, 2011, will be held at the Butler County Memorial Park, Chapel of Devotion Mausoleum, on Tuesday at 1 p.m. Interment will be in the Butler County Memorial Park.Officers and members of the American Legion Post 778 of Lyndora and the VFW Joseph T.
