Marion U. Retzer

Marion U. Retzer of the Passavant Retirement Community in Zelienople, formerly of Ohio Township, passed away peacefully Saturday.

Born in Albany, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late Claude and Inez (Cook) Uline.

Mrs. Retzer was a classy lady who enjoyed dancing, traveling and cats.

She was very proud of her volunteer work at the former Sewickley Valley Hospital.

Mrs. Retzer was a member of the Mt. Nebo United Presbyterian Church.

She is survived by a niece, two nephews, nine great-nieces and great-nephews, and 12 great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Justus F. Retzer, and her beloved sister, Vivian I. Snyder.

<B>RETZER </B>— Friends of Marion U. Retzer, who died Saturday, March 19, 2011, will be received from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at the <B>Glenn-Kildoo Funeral Home</B>, 219 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople, where a funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. Wednesday. Interment will follow at the Mt. Nebo Presbyterian Church Cemetery.In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Mt.
