Mary B. Cochran

Mary B. Cochran, 71, of Portersville died Monday at Butler Memorial Hospital.

Born July 9, 1939, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late John and Florentine Thiery Dixon.

Mrs. Cochran retired in 2004 from the former Guttendorf Press in Cranberry Township.

She is survived by four children, Corin Reese and her husband, Kenneth, of Pottstown, Alyce Kramer and her husband, Dennis, of Rock Hill, S.C., Marc Cochran and his wife, Esther, of Slippery Rock, and Malea Cochran of Zelienople; a sister, Marilyn Asturi of Wilkinsburg; and five grandchildren, Ian Taylor, Colby Tooker, Jessica Cochran, Joshua Cochran and Heather Cochran.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Sherley Cochran, on Dec. 3, 2005; a granddaughter, Cassandra Cochran; three brothers, John, Robert and Thiery Dixon; and a sister, Delores Haley.
