Sandra Fisher, 65, of West McQuistion Road passed away Monday at Butler Memorial Hospital.

She was born April 23, 1945, in Butler to the late Milton Jones and La-June R. (Sharp) Jones.

Sandra was very into animals of all kinds. She was an avid supporter of the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals and the World Wildlife Fund as well as many others. Sandra was an animal activist and supporter of animal rights, and she was a contributor and activist for wildlife preservation.

She was a member of the North Street Christian Church.

Sandra is survived by one son, David Fisher of Brea, Calif.; one daughter, Kelly (Leo) Stefanacci of Zelienople; two granddaughters, Gianna Stefanacci and Carmen Stefanacci; two brothers, David (Debbie) Jones of Palm City, Fla., and Gary (Loretta) Jones of Butler; three sisters, Joyce (David) Hartwick of Kingsbury, Texas, Laura Jones of Renfrew and Carol (Rich) Welter of Butler; several nieces and nephews; and by the father of her children, William Fisher.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Ray Jones.

<B>FISHER </B>— Friends of Sandra Fisher, who died Monday, March 28, 2011, will be received Wednesday, April 6, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the Calvin Presbyterian Church, 415 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople, PA 16063 with a celebration of life service to follow at 10:30 a.m. with the Rev. Dr. Graham Standish officiating.In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to A.S.P.C.A. 424 E. 92nd St., New York, N.Y. 10128-6804 or to the World Wildlife Fund, 1250 24th St. N.W., Washington, D.C. 20090-7180.Arrangements are under the direction of the <B>Thompson-Miller Funeral Home</B>, and information and a private guest book are available at www.thompson-miller.com.
