Paul E. Dunn
Paul E. Dunn, 80, of Chicora died at 7:35 a.m. Monday in the VNA Inpatient Hospice, Butler, following a lingering illness.
He worked 25 years at Witco in Petrolia, where he was a foreman.
He was a member of the Mater Dolorosa Roman Catholic Church, Chicora, and the Knights of Columbus, Butler.
He was born in Karns City, July 24, 1930, the son of Albert Hilton Dunn and Clare McNamee Dunn.
Surviving are his wife, Alberta Benson Dunn, who he married Feb. 4, 1956; daughters, Stacey M. Campbell and her husband, Tim, of New Castle and Kelly L. Dunn of Chicora and her fiance, Jeff Tritten, of North Washington; grandchildren, Kyle Edward Campbell of New Castle and Kelsey Marie Campbell of New Castle; brothers, Norval Dunn of Butler and Thomas M. Dunn and his wife, Judy, of Karns City; and a number of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and by two brothers, the Rev. Didacus Dunn, O.F.M. Cap., and John Dunn; and two sisters, Mary Reager and Madeline Geibel.
<B>DUNN </B>— Friends of Paul E. Dunn, who died Monday, April 11, 2011, will be received from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the <B>STEIGHNER FUNERAL HOME</B>, downtown Chicora. A celebration of life Mass will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Mater Dolorosa Catholic Church, 409 N. Main St., Chicora, with the Rev. Joseph Pudichery, pastor, officiating.
