Mochel

Phillip James “Jim” Mochel, 70, Sarver of passed away Wednesday at the Good Samaritan Hospice, Cabot, following a long illness.

Born April 29, 1940, in Natrona Heights, he was the son of Fred and Nell (Young) Mochel.

He was a graduate of Freeport High School.

Jim worked as a machine operator for Glenshaw Glass.

He enjoyed going to camp, fishing, hunting and doing crossword puzzles.

Surviving are his loving sister, Georgia Wilson of Butler; a niece, Kimberly (Ken) Trost of Cranberry Township; a great-nephew, Nathan Trost of Cranberry Township; a great-niece, Megan Trost of Cranberry Township; and a host of cousins and family friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Judith (Mozzy) Mochel, who passed away Jan. 8, 2009.

<B>MOCHEL</B> — Friends of Phillip James “Jim” Mochel, who died Wednesday, April 13, 2011, will be received Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the <B>Fox Funeral Home</B>, 410 W. Main St., Saxonburg. Services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
