LOS ANGELES — Authorities are hoping a bigger reward will lead them to the suspects in the brutal beating of a Giants fan at Dodger Stadium in March.
Los Angeles Police Chief Charlie Beck said Tuesday the Dodgers have increased the size of the reward by $100,000, pushing the total amount offered past $200,000.
HARBORCREEK — The District 10 Class AAA Track and Field Championships have been postponed.Originally scheduled for Wednesday afternoon at Harbor Creek High School, the meet has been pushed back to Thursday.

GROVE CITY — Grove City College senior Cory Metcalf has been named Presidents' Athletic Conference Pitcher of the Year.Metcalf was 9-0 this season and led the conference in wins.Four Wolverines — catcher Marcus Magister, shortstop Scott Moran, right fielder Josh Sacks and pitcher Kyle Silk —earned second team All-PAC. Outfielders Butch Kriger and Dan Quirk earned honorable mention.
