Changing of the Guard
At the closing luncheon of the Junior Women’s Club held in May of 1942 at the Butler Country club, Mrs. W. Clyde Oesterling, right, president, turned the gavel over to the new president, Mrs. W.L. Sarver, and later discussed with Mrs. Sarver some of the duties that go with being president of an organization such as the Junior Women’s Club.
