Henderson, Karnes
Celina Henderson and Rusty Karnes, both of Butler, were united in marriage April 14 in Punta Cana. A reception followed May 28 in Butler.
The bride is the daughter of Catherine and Dennis Hemphill of Butler and the late Brent Henderson. Parents of the bridegroom are Jack and Judy Karnes of Parker.
The honor attendant was Brittnee Hemphill of Butler. Bridesmaids included Joelene Palace of Butler, Cortney Shipley of Butler, Katy Roscow of Pittsburgh, Erica Kotula of State College and Stephanie Coultrip of Amherst, Ohio.
Performing the duties of best man was Jack Karnes of Parker. Ushers included Matthew Hemphill of Butler.
The bride is a 1998 graduate of Butler High School and a 2002 graduate of Gannon University. She is employed by Armstrong Utilities in Butler.
The bridegroom graduated in 1995 from Allegheny-Clarion Valley High School and in 1998 from Butler County Community College. He is employed by Slippery Rock University.
Following a honeymoon trip in Punta Cana, the couple is making their home in Butler.
