Dietz

L. Brian Dietz, 49, of Sarver passed away Wednesday at his home.

Born June 1, 1961, in Natrona Heights, he was the son of Louis A. Dietz, Jr. and Mary E. Callen Dietz.

He worked as a machinist for Penn United Technologies.

He was a member of the Christ Community Fellowship Church in Sarver.

He enjoyed hunting and woodworking.

Surviving are his wife, Karla Kowalski Dietz, who he married Oct. 24, 2006; his parents of Saxonburg; his children, Tyler Dietz of Sarver, Amber Dietz of Sarver and Jacob Dietz of Sarver; his granddaughter, Lexi; two brothers, Tim (Katie) Dietz of Butler and Dave Dietz of Saxonburg; a sister, Marci (Rege) Boyle of Clermont, Fla.; and his grandmother, Mary Callen of Natrona Heights. Also surviving are nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
