William Elentri
William Elentri, 83, of Butler passed away Wednesday at his home.
He was born Feb. 15, 1928, in Masontown, Fayette County, the son of the late Lewis and Agnes (Bresciani) Elentri.
William was a veteran of the U.S. Army, having served in World War II. He was a member of the American Legion Post 778 in Lyndora, and he retired from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Surviving are his loving wife, Jacquelyn (Fry) Elentri, who he married May 13, 1992; two stepsons, Edward (Sue) Woessner of Cedar Grove, Ind., and Clifford Woessner Jr. of Butler; two grandsons, three granddaughters and two great-granddaughters, all of Butler; a brother, Vincent (Margaret) Elentri of Titusville, Fla.; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, two sisters and a nephew.
