Jerry Lee Wolfe
Jerry Lee Wolfe, 67, of New Castle passed away Thursday at 7 p.m. at his residence.
He was born June 16, 1943, in Fenelton to the late McKinley Wolfe and Louella (Clever) Wolfe.
Mr. Wolfe was an operating engineer for Swank Construction in New Kensington, retiring in 2004.
He was a veteran of the United States Army, having served in Korea.
Mr. Wolfe is survived by one son, Jerry Lee Wolfe Jr. of New Castle; one daughter, Jackie Lee Cary and her husband William of Butler; three stepdaughters, Wendy Isaacs of Ohio, Angela Wyatt of Ohio and Tonya Whittigeton of Ohio; two grandchildren, Greg Toner and his wife Liz, and Grace Cary, both of Butler; two great-grandchildren, Noah Toner and Mylee Toner, both of Butler; one sister, Linda Black of Butler; three nieces; four nephews; and his dog, Zipper.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Connie (Schafer), whom he married on Jan. 30, 1993, and who passed away March 31, 2006, and also by 16 brothers and sisters.
<B>WOLFE</B> — Friends of Jerry Lee Wolfe, who died Thursday, May 5, 2011, will be received at <B>Thompson-Miller Funeral Home</B>, 124 E. North St., Butler, on Monday from 6 to 8 p.m.Funeral services will be held Monday at 8 p.m. at the funeral home, with Rev. William Glassman officiating.Additional viewing will be held on Wednesday, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Barnes Funeral Home, 411 N. Commerce St., Lewisburg, Ohio.Graveside committal service will follow in the Sugar Grove Cemetery in Lewisburg, Ohio.
