Stanley J. Sum, 68, of Butler, formerly of North Bessemer, Allegheny County, died Wednesday.

He was the beloved husband of the late Alice; father of Brenda (George) Simon, James Sum, Kim (Jack) Bailie and the late Thomas J. Sum; and grandfather of Melissa Simon.

<B>SUM </B>— Friends of Stanley J. Sum, who died Wednesday, May 11, 2011, will be received today from 3 to 7 p.m. at<B> Soxman Funeral Homes</B>, 7450 Saltsburg Road at Universal Road, Penn Hills, where a service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday.
