Theda Marie Feil, 76, of Butler passed away at 5:40 a.m. Saturday at the VNA Inpatient Hospice.

She was born June 26, 1934, in Butler County, the daughter of the late Miles and Isabell (Thompson) Barhight.

Theda was a member of St. Fidelis Catholic Church.

She had been an EMT for the Penn Township Volunteer Fire Department.

Surviving are her son, Edward G. (Suzanne) Feil Jr. of Butler; her daughter, Helen Simners of Natrona Heights; five grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and her sister, Sally Brown of Reedsville, Ohio.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Glen Feil, who died Sept. 14, 2010; and four brothers.
