10:24 p.m. Thursday —William Kelsea, 37, of Butler was charged with terroristic threats, simple assault, harassment and driving under a DUI-suspended license following a traffic stop on Route 8. Witnesses reported seeing Kelsea hitting a woman inside a vehicle in the lot of Brose's Superette.June 25 — Eric S. Pilarski, 31, is accused of grabbing a young child by the throat during an altercation at his West Quarry Street home. Pilarski is charged with simple assault.

Thursday — Thomas B. Shearer, 28, of Grove City was charged with eight counts of conspiracy to commit burglary after he allegedly acted as a getaway driver for Robert Rall. II during a series of burglaries to Grove City businesses last year. Rall. already has been charged in those cases.5:30 p.m. June 29 — Someone stole a black leather Coach purse from a black Chevy HHR sedan parked in the parking lot of Rite Aid. Anyone with information should call police at 724-458-7925June 11 — A vehicle driven by Robert Thorne, 45, of Grove City crashed into a utility pole on West Washington Boulevard. Thorne was not injured.State Police, Butler6:40 p.m. Thursday — An SUV driven by Shawn M. Pippi, 35, of Crescent, Pa., struck two deer along Interstate 79 in Jackson Township. Pippi was not injured.
