John V. Ihlenfeld

John V. Ihlenfeld, 32, of Randolph Street, New Castle, passed away early Thursday morning at his home.

John was born Jan. 4, 1979, in Butler, to John Frederick and Kandise (Keown) Ihlenfeld.

He married the former Jonalyn Pezzuti on Oct. 31, 2009.

John had studied HVAC at Butler County Vo-Tech and was employed at Flowline Inc., in New Castle as a radiographer.

He enjoyed riding dirt bikes, fishing, music, his friends, lifting at Southside Barbell and the company of his three beloved pit bulls, Bayne, Kendall and Lucy.

John is survived by his wife, Jonalyn at home; his mother, Kandise Ihlenfeld in Butler; his sister and brother-in-law, Heather (Ihlenfeld) Osmer and Dan Osmer of Butler; and two nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, John F. Ihlenfeld; his maternal grandfather; Thomas Keown; and his paternal grandparents, John V. and Dorothy Ihlenfeld.

IHLENFELD — Visitation for John V. Ihlenfeld, who died Thursday, June 23, 2011, will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the

Turner-Myers Funeral Home, 208 N. Jefferson St., New Castle. A blessing service will be at 11:30 a.m. Monday at the funeral home conducted by the Rev. Father John D.
