Johnson

Robert L. Johnson, 58, of Oneida Valley Road, Butler, died Monday morning at Butler Memorial Hospital.

Born Feb. 12, 1953, in New Kensington, he was a son of Leroy and Alice (McAnallen) Johnson.

He had worked for Radio Shack for 24 years until his retirement in December 2009. He also worked for JTI Inc. in Butler since 1997 and also was doing property preservation for LPS, MSI and Collateral Specialists.

Bob loved riding quads, boating, fishing and camping.

Surviving are his wife, Becky F. (Lynn) Johnson, who he married July 21, 1973; two daughters, Kimberly L. Spinetti, and her husband, Jason, of Butler and Katherine M. Peindl and her husband, Keith, of East Butler; a grandson, Christopher D. Peindl; his mother, Alice Johnson of Butler; and four sisters, Linda Ritson, Carol Johnson and Sandra Reges, all of Butler, and Ella Hollerman of Harmony.

He was preceded in death by his father, Leroy Johnson, who died May 17, 1993; and a son, Daniel Leroy Johnson, who died in January 1974.

<B>JOHNSON</B> — Friends of Robert L. Johnson, who died Monday, July 4, 2011, will be received at the <B>Geibel Funeral Home</B>, 201 E. Cunningham St., Butler, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. The Rev. Matthew Perkins, pastor of New Beginnings Church of Butler, will officiate.
