Dale L. Harvey, 84, of Sarver passed away Monday at the Fosnight Personal Care Home, Gibsonia.

Born June 18, 1927, in Clinton Township, he was the son of Russell and Ellen (Kuhn) Harvey.

Dale served in the U.S. Army from 1953 to 1955.

He worked as a farmer on the family farm that was established in 1792.

Dale was a member of the Westminster Presbyterian Church.

Dale enjoyed farming.

Surviving are his loving wife, Margaret (Kelly) Harvey, who he married April 10, 1953; his two sons, David (Leslie Bandi) Harvey and Kenneth (Kay Hemphill) Harvey, both of Sarver; his daughter, Judy Johnston of Sarver; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and one brother, Richard Harvey of Sarver.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Melvin Harvey.

<B>HARVEY</B> — Friends of Dale L. Harvey, who died Monday, July 18, 2011, will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. today and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the <B>Fox Funeral Home</B>, 410 W. Main St., Saxonburg. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home with the Rev. Deborah Huffmyer officiating.
