The Bajcz in 1961

Ascension and William Bajcz Sr. of Lyndora celebrated 50 years of marriage with a family dinner at Mama Rosa's Restaurant in Butler on July 31.

Bajcz married the former Ascension Martin-Soriano on Aug. 3, 1961, in San Ignacio De Loyola, Madrid, Spain.

They have three children, Rosary DiMichele of Butler, William Bajcz Jr. of Novi, Mich., and Maurice Bajcz of Pittsburgh. They also have one granddaughter.

Bajcz and Mrs. Bajcz are both retired from AMS Electronics and members of St. Fidelis Church in Meridian.
