Maridon Museum is hosting a free Japanese film series that continues Tuesday with “Love and Honor,” presented by Armand Policicchio. The film is the tale of a low-ranking samurai who has a happy and stable life with his loving wife. However, all this comes crashing down when he, as the lord's food taster, eats poisoned shellfish and becomes blind. Admission is free, but reservations are required. The museum is at 322 N. <B>Tuesdays@2</B> will show “Peyton Place” starring Lana Turner at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Kean Theatre at St. Barnabas, Washington Place, 5847 Meridian Road, Gibsonia. At the same site, <B>Wednesdays@1</B> will show “Valley of the Dolls” starring Patty Duke, Barbara Perkins and Sharon Tate at 1 p.m. Wednesday. <B>Rangos Omnimax Theater</B> at the Carnegie Science Center, North Side, is showing “Tornado Alley,” “Hubble” and the children's film “Animalopolis.” Omnimax is not recommended for children younger than 3.
